Our Current Project
Due to inadequate funding, Nicholas Bonsu, the owner and founder of the orphanage, is not going to be able to renew his lease on the Cherubs building this year. He is currently looking for a piece of land that is suitable for a new shelter; however, construction is not possible unless enough money is raised. We are devoted to helping these children so that in addition to their other hardships, they do not become homeless.
This brings us to our current project, and our largest fundraiser yet: The Cherubs Charity Golf Tournament was held at the award-winning course The Crossings at Carlsbad.
Our hope was to raise enough money for Cherubs Orphanage to get a facility that the children can finally call home. Although we didn't raise enough to single handedly acquire a home for them, we raised just under $4000 which brings Cherubs much closer to fulfilling that goal. Just weeks after the tournament was over, two representatives from Cherubs Foundation traveled to Ghana to personally deliver the money earned.
